Poor customer service. Been trying for almost a week to get a return call. Happened last year as well. They burned my grass and wouldn't respond. This year I planted new grass seed, wanted to make sure they didn't come with weed killer, left three messages but no response, voicemail is full! Geez, what kind of business is this? Now I still don't know what the guy applied to my yard. He better not kill my new seed that I just spent almost $300 on.
Tried their service for 1 year with minimal results. Going with another company.
Very poor customer service. I would highly recommend using another company.
This is the worst service people, I have dealt with. They do not listen to you and make false promises. The person on the phone is very rude and does not allow you to even talk. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend their service to anyone.
