Derek and his team created a custom piece of glass to cover our oak dining table with cropped corners. It looks great and they did the job very promptly -- sooner than promised. The price was very reasonable/ Thanks, guys.

Do yourself a favour and stay away from this Company. Despite the terrible communication, Derek finally turned up to replace the glass in my window which is on the ground floor. However after removing the window and saying he would be back the next day to fit it in, he did not show. I texted him but there was no answer. I tried again the next day to see if he was coming, again with no answer - I could see that he was getting my texts because of the read receipts. I called and called and called and called and called. It is hard to believe that these well documented events actually occurred: I called Derek to repair his installation problem of the window, which recently was blown in by the spring storm. He did not respond to my first two phone calls. He responded to my email and scheduled an appointment - He did Not show up and did not respond to subsequent three emails. Zero Stars !!
