They charge my credit card and days later asked for more money. The company rep I spoke with was making excuses as to how the company operates, blamed me, and was rude. I would not want to deal with any kind of delivery or warranty issues if this is the company attitude.

I really enjoy the remote start on my inverter. It’s been working great for 5 years so far.
I was a little concerned about buying a refurbished generator. I called the 24/7 customer service phone number and had a very nice informative conversation with Paul Sr. I bought the Champion 100419R. Recieved the generator and I was very impressed, it looks brand new. It had a couple very small scratches on the frame but other then that it looks brand new & runs great. Highly recommend SuperGen Products!

Bought our refurbished champion 2800 watt gen from these guys and it was delivered in new condition and ran perfect. I saw a small and I mean SMALL drop of oil coming from under the valve cover so I snap a pic and I don’t even think you could see it in the pic but they without hesitation overnighted me a new gasket and I got a call within a hour of sending the email telling me they were send the gasket and asked if I was comfortable changing it myself which I was. I've had my two champion inverter generators going on 5 years now. I love them! Super gen products has execelent customer service and has always helped me trouble shoot through any issues I have had or order replacement parts that I have needed. I cannot count how many times I have recommended them to others. Keep up the awesome job super gen products!!!
