Took over 3 hours for an oil change even when I had a scheduled service. Seems a little overkill.
Way over priced and service rep lied to me when I asked if I could update sync myself. Said I need to pay $160 and hour 1 to 6 hours est. Downloaded update myself from Ford website with instructions. Took me 30 min. Check engine light was on after replacing a very expensive BCM that I found out is available for 1/3 the cost. Diagnostic fees were also inflated. People expect the best from factory dealers. Do better
Great service and fast And easy reliable
Cheap and efficient.
Oil wasn't reset so I not sure if the oil was changed. Def wasn't refilled, I scheduled it on the ford app but Larry H. Miller didn't know not a very good experience for me.
