I bring my work vehicle in any time it needs it and I always will there work is amazing and there nice and respectful
Pros:Got the work done eventually after having to keep calling. Brandon is new but a nice guy to work with. Parts department and William Demasters are awesome! Negatives: Quantity over quality BDC(call center) made it seem like the service department was wide open and can get me in whenever. Poor communication with the service department unless they are being told to schedule regardless..Quotas,getting paid per appointments,keeping the shop workflow coming in.. ----------Update 4/11/2024---------- adding a star because I recieved a response from the service department but didn't get any help with the factory defect on my vehicle. ------------------------------------------------ The service department was helping me with a manufacturing defect on my Ford Transit and it seemed like we were on track with a solution in mid November 2024 and then they ghosted me....no response to communication attempts. Other than that I have experienced about 3 star service, minus 1 star for ghosting. ... read more
