Many machines to exercise on. Staff is friendly. Not very busy so lots of machines available. Great way to start the day. Classes available to exercise in. Pool and hot tub. Enjoy getting the day started with exercises and feeling. L refreshed. Lots of handicap parking.
Amazing gym with equipment for all levels of training experience
Expensive and not worth the contract .. would rather have Remnants of the old north towne mall turned into outlet store instead of this expensive gym with banker hours . Heck the owner doesn’t even take care of the facility
