Many machines to exercise on. Staff is friendly. Not very busy so lots of machines available. Great way to start the day. Classes available to exercise in. Pool and hot tub. Enjoy getting the day started with exercises and handicap parking. Staff member helped with exercises to do. Everyone is friendly. Going to start opening at 5 am for the early morning people. They have a place to donate non perishable food to help feed those in need.
I love this gym! It’s my favorite that I’ve come across in my days of traveling around the US and Europe for work. There is a lot of floor space that accommodates a large quantity and selection of equipment. It makes it easy to find an open piece of equipment to keep your workout going even during peak hours!
No matter your age range or ability, this is the place for you. Kind, encouraging staff, free trainers with membership, a pool, sauna and a huge gym! Plus 2 locations!
