Our primary service is strength & conditioning classes. We now offer open gym membership ($45 enroll & $45 per month no contracts). With this membership you can enter and use all of our plentiful strength & cardiovascular equipment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I have found this gym a perfect fit. I have belonged to six gyms over the years and have gotten tired of the “mega gym.” This gym has everything I need to stay extremely fit. It’s a nice balance of people who are there to stay or to get into shape.The staff there is extremely helpful and very nice. They greet you by name every time. I did a few drop-ins while in town for work, and this is the type of gym I wish I had where I am from. Friendly owners, mom and pop shop (+their dogs). They are super accommodating and helpful. Clean gym, dozens of machines and different types of equipment always available to use without waiting for it. Love it! Will always come here when in Lynwood.
Great experience! Have to admit, I have not been great about taking advantage of the facilities, but Jeff is very responsive and they have a fantastic setup. One of the few places that still provides ample free weights/racks so you do not have to wait an hour to use anything. I would still be there had I not moved out of town and highly recommend this gym!
