Jeff and Linda have created a gem in Lynnwood. Their gym is the best place to get in a good workout at any time of day. I have been coming here for almost two years and have seen my health, body and mind improve as a result. The place is clean, well equipped and safe. Super Fit makes it easy to achieve your own fitness goals!
The gym has everything you could want for conventional lifting. There is a wide range of equipment. It is hardly ever packed, generally not crowded at all. To top those points, the owners are incredibly wonderful people and always greet you when you arrive if they’re there.
Amazing gym with amazing ownerships. Always able to get in and workout with out waiting.
