Best gym hands down. Never too packed & they have a wide variety of free weights, assisted machines, and cardio machines. Plus the towels they give you come in really handy when you’re sweating. Very positive atmosphere with a lot of the members and especially the owners Jeff & Linda who make you feel very welcome as they are really attentive and caring. If you’re looking for an upgrade from the recreational gyms, Superfit is the way to go.

Excellent facility. The owners (and their pups) are super welcoming and it's never crazy busy. Spacious single occupancy bathrooms. Aside from a few specialty machines, there's multiples of everything (barbells, dumbbells, racks, cable stacks) so I almost never have to wait for the thing I want. The clientele is mostly grown folks who are pretty chill. I've had like one negative interaction in 18 months. Overall, it's a great place to get a workout and it feels really easy to go to.

I love this gym! The owners, Linda and Jeff (and their pups!) are great and you truly feel like you’re in your own little private gym. The equipment is plentiful and in good condition. I highly recommend!

Love Super Fit! I’ve been to other gyms in the area, and Super Fit easily stands out. I love the pod layout and appreciated the dumbbell, smith/squat rack selection here compared to commercial gyms. I have been a member here for years and even after moving out of the area, I still made the hour long drive down a few times a week because it was genuinely worth it. Can’t recommend this gym enough.

Never too busy! Jeff and Linda do a great job of keeping the place in great shape.
