The owners, Jeff and Linda are so great! As with the community here! I joined 5 years ago and love everyone I have met during this time. Great place to sweat and stay fit!
If you're serious about your training, this is where it's at. I've been going here for about half a year and have never had to wait for equipment, usually I have very long sessions that occupy a power rack for over an hour and I've never been asked "how many sets left" leaving me to rush through my workout because there are so many racks (more than you can count on two hands!); even the busiest days are nothing compared to the commercial gyms in the area. Love this gym. It's a small business, but has plenty of equipment to work with. The owners are here everyday and know us by name. They gave a few small dogs that run around that are really cute. Highly recommend this gym to people who are tired of commercial gyms but don't want to break the bank
Great gym, has everything you would need! Cardio, free weights, squat racks, benches, etc.
