Took my truck in to get wash and asked for a hand wash, looks like it was half-assed. My tail pipe and trailer hitch had mud and looked like it hadn’t been washed. My wheels which are 4 months old look like they were never cleaned. Asked for dash to be cleaned and several spots were missed and they used protectant on the steering wheel which has made it very slippery. Overall very disappointed with the service!!!
Their prices have increased lately. The lady that has done my car for many years was not there. (It was her day off.) Still, I have a twelve year old car that looks and smells almost brand new. No, I will not be looking for a different place. I have told out-of-town visitors to use this place.
Give these kids a good tip. I have black cloth interior and a white dog with a double coat. Anytime I go to the vet or take him for a ride he packs my car with hair. This detail shop got it all out! Between the seats under the seats on the seats etc. Price was cheap..surprised at how cheap! Dozen teenagers out there trying to earn some tips! Bring some loose bills and tip them!!
