Did a good job cleaning inside and out for a reasonable amount.
First and last time customer pretty terrible job left obvious bug splatter on the front bumper and stains on the center console. Whole sections of the inside are still dusty and they didn’t even attempt to clean the cup holders. Even the dash which was wiped down was dusty by the windows. Doesn’t even look like they attempted to wipe the door panels and just left the passenger side of the windshield dirty and with bug splatter. As a first time customer, I was extremely impressed with the hand wash work done by the staff. Their hospitality and customer service was top tier. They will walk you through their plans and let you know exactly what you can expect. Their in-shop amenities are nice as well. Will definitely be returning soon!
Took my truck in to get wash and asked for a hand wash, looks like it was half-assed. My tail pipe and trailer hitch had mud and looked like it hadn’t been washed. My wheels which are 4 months old look like they were never cleaned. Asked for dash to be cleaned and several spots were missed and they used protectant on the steering wheel which has made it very slippery. Overall very disappointed with the service!!!
