I just arranged to have my car brought in and I have to say, there was a person answering the phone who was incredibly well spoken, friendly, thorough, professional and really gave me the confidence that my car is going to be in good hands. They reiterated what I said back to me for clarification then they went through step by step the entire process. I had my Toyota repaired here after an accident, and they did an excellent job. Almost a year later, I realized a large piece left on the road after the accident had not been part of the bumper but the lower engine cover. While Super Euro had not been aware of this, they were very understanding and quickly approved the additional repair with ICBC within the hour.
