Just purchased a Taubric Escape nice little ride had great interactions with Brooklyn the young saleslady. Had a couple minor issues with the carry bag feature for the bike and Sean was only too happy to help solve the issues the next day...their customer service is very professional and I wholeheartedly recommend their services and products. I just witnessed a complete robbery of a senior citizen!! The guy showed up for my neighbor to check his e bike because it was losing power. The guy explained that he wasn't plugging it in completely properly.... He showed him... Then proceeded to charge him SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!!! WHAT ARE YOU EVEN TALKING ABOUT? how is that even fair?
