Great customer service. Staff are helpful and they picked up my scooter and dropped it off the next day. I recommend to stop in and take a look, they have something for everyone and more.
I purchased a battery charger for an E scooter. When I got home, I plugged in the charger and realized that the batteries were too dead to charge. I don’t want to spend any more money on this E scooter so I called and asked if I could return the charger. They said NO. They have a no return policy which they did not tell me when I purchased the charger. I am very disappointed with this policy and will not do business with this company ever again. Be aware of their policies before you purchase anything from them.
