Wait at drive through is ridiculous. Not a fast food place at all. Not many customers and yet I waited forever.
Quality food for the price. No issues with cold food or service. Juicy, yummy burgers!!
The food is prepared as expected... amazing Super Duper Burger meals... The service, while very polite and inviting, doesn’t quite “feel” like Super Duper Burger... they’re new tho, so I’m sure in time it’ll start to feel like a Super Duper Burger...!
Today, after reading the reviews, I decided to get myself some fries and two ice cream cones. We waited about 20-25 minutes in the drive thru for two ice creams and an order of garlic fries. When I got to the window, the employee was everything but apologetic. When she finally gave me the fries, they were cold, and we were still waiting for the ice creams.
