Family was visiting, and our light carpet needed help. Rug Cleaning ABC Rye NY came through. Their dry cleaning meant no waiting around, which was a plus. The technician even gave me tips for cleaning up spots in between services. A fragrance-free option would be nice for those with sensitivities.
Shoutout to the Rye crew—they didn’t just clean my Oriental rug, they fixed up the fringe and kicked out the weird smells. Even helped move my couch. Above and beyond, honestly. A quick “how’d we do?” survey after would be nice.
I am thoroughly satisfied with the service I received. They professionally cleaned several rugs and an upholstered chair. I also entrusted them with washing a large and treasured Persian rug that has been in my family for 100 years. Due to its size and value, they cleaned it at a special location. The team was prompt, coming within 2 hours on a wednesday, leaving the carpet looking and smelling great. I will certainly use them again.
Gary Trevino did an excellent job on our 16-year-old carpet. The dry cleaning worked really well. He suggested wet cleaning for the stairs, which were very old, and now they look brand new! Gary's price was straightforward, with no hidden charges, unlike other places I called. He was friendly, and I highly recommend his services!
