Did an ok job on cleaning our vents, however over the phone I was told they use a camera and bring it in case of any issues, when we asked about the camera they didn’t have it with them and said they only bring it if there is a problem (we were under the impression they always used it and were hoping they could look at a problem area). I emailed them through website “contact us” page asking if they could come back and bring the camera due to us still having an issue and I never got a response.
