Absolutely terrible experience. I brought in my white pants with a small stain, and they returned them dirty, with the same stain — and now a hole where the stain used to be. When I pointed it out, they blamed me, saying “it happened because of your dirt.” That’s absurd — especially since I later removed the stain myself at home in 30 seconds. Terrible service – avoid this place! I brought almost new white pants to this dry cleaner. When I came to pick them up, one of the stains was still there — but now there was also a hole in the fabric. When I tried to clean the same spot at home, the stains came off easily with regular soap and hand washing. I went back to speak with them, but they refused to take any responsibility, claiming that the hole appeared because of the “quality of the stain” and not their fault.

This is by far the worst service you can find in Miami. My experience with this company was deeply frustrating from start to finish. I waited nearly a month for the restoration of my items, and even after the promised completion date, nothing was ready. When I arrived to pick them up, I was told they still weren’t finished and that I needed to arrange for the items to be transferred elsewhere. Definitely not going back. $72.28 when drop off but then at pick up its more.. simply they changed to $91.06. It feels like a scam.
