We had multiple drains backing up in our older home on Hamilton Mountain. Super Drain did a full camera inspection of our sewer line and found significant deterioration. They provided a detailed quote for repair and replacement options. Work was completed professionally over two days. Not cheap, but the quality was worth it. We've used several plumbing companies in Hamilton over the years and Super Drain is by far the best. Fair pricing, skilled technicians, and they actually explain what they're doing instead of just rushing through the job. Recently had them handle some concrete drain work and it was flawless.
My laundry room flooded out of the blue and I think the problem was the pipe so naturally we needed pipe burst repair asap! Called Super Drain and their really nice and polite same-day plumber Adam arrived within 40 minutes!!! That’s what I call an urgent plumbing service that really cares. So Adam shut off the main valve first and even explained why that problem happened, then sealed a small water leak and in the end, checked the pressure so the problem wouldnt happen again.
Needed hot water tank replacement so called Super Drain. Christian handled everything perfectly, removed the old tank and completed the water heater installation in 1 hour. He also tested it for leaks and the price was tip-top.
