The experience I had at the shop was beyond horrible due to the simple fact that I feel we were taken advantage of. Bottom line. Due to the simple fact that we were younger and flashy and also lacked knowledge about cars. I would recommend this transmission shop to an enemy, but not a friend or family.
2 months of lies, 3 transmission rebuilds (thank goodness it's warrantied) , never received a call to let me know vehicle was ready for pick up.
Beware - Better Business Bureau Rating is "F". See Maricopa County Justice Court – Case ID# CC2018174519SC . Judgement was entered against Super Discount Transmissions on 12/12/18 in the amount of $2,389.50 and has since grown to $2823.55 due to additional court and process serving fees, plus interest. 248 days later and as of 08/17/19 = Unpaid.
