awful communication and are very unprofessional people
TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!! My husband paid for a ONE TIME mow, trim, and blow when we moved into our new house. For whatever reason, they kept coming back weekly while my husband was at work to service our lawn. I thought maybe the one time fee was actually for the month, as I already thought it was overpriced and we didn’t request them to come back. I can’t say enough good things about SuperCutz! From the very first consultation, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. These folks are the real deal!
Had an appointment scheduled for 1-4 time slot. At 9:50 they called to say they were 25 mins away. They never showed. Around 1 o called back to see when they’d arrive and to let them know we were home and had been home all day. They have yet to call me back. Would not recommend based on this experience.
