Super Cool HVAC did a fantastic job replacing the worn out 20 year old system that serviced the second floor of our home. Mitchell is a lifesaver. A/C went out Friday evening, called on Saturday and he was able to fix everything same day. By Saturday evening, the townhouse was at a nice 68 degrees. Mitchell goes above and beyond for his customers. His Saturday was fully booked, and still made time to fix my A/C issues before calling it a day. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. Highly recommend Super Cool HVAC to anyone. Mitchell is a great guy and does excellent work!
Super Cool is Super Awesome! Courtland came out to do a diagnosis of our system (we just moved into a new office building and some of the rooms weren't cooling off) and he was very professional and knowledgeable. His van was so organized and that made a great first impression. He did a very thorough investigation into what was wrong, and then explained everything to me (and again to my boss) in a way that was easy to understand and put us on the right track to get repairs. Excellent!
Sent in a contact form late Saturday and Adam was following up before they technically opened Sunday. Had a quote to me and Omar repaired my AC within the week as soon as they got my compressor replacement in. Excellent communication and customer service during the whole experience. I will definitely utilize them when I need to replace this system down the road.
Had a problem with our HVAC system not cooling. Omar was able to come out quickly and was a professional through and through, walking me through everything he was doing, explaining what was going on, and explained steps to keep our current system maintained. Highly recommend Super Cool HVAC! Edit: Most importantly, fixed the issue as well!
