Amazing experience! Omar came out the same day to run a combustion analysis and inspect my furnace heat exchanger after I noticed a leak. He truly went above and beyond—super knowledgeable, a clear communicator, and did an excellent job explaining what he found. He eased my anxiety and made sure my furnace was operating safely and in good working order. Scheduling and communication prior to the appointment was also seamless. What an amazing company to work with! During a trying time, with no heat, SuperCool came in, assessed the situation and seamlessly got us back and running. Every step of the way was professionally executed with precision and skill. We ended up with a new heat pump installed with concern and respect for our home. We worked with multiple SuperCool employees and they were all very knowledgeable and kind. We were struck by how they made the outcome of a very stressful situation, pain free.
Super Cool HVAC has an amazing service! They were able to come out the same day, which was such a lifesaver. The technician Mitchell was super thorough, took videos to explain everything, and made sure I understood what was going on. Luckily it looks like I might only need a new thermostat, but I really appreciated how professional and honest everyone was from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Super Cool came out same day that my AC & heating system broke, and quoted me for under half the price the competition was quoting me for. They showed up next day and had the unit setup and installed in just a few hours. The whole process was painless and very easy, do recommend them as everything and everyone was great!
