Absolutely a seamless worry free experience from the beginning with a quote to the selection of type of unit I preferred!! Guess what they listen. Got A really good lesson on HVAC/ Gas Pack system. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the entire install. The technician and his crew were awesome…. Before they left Darryl asked and made sure we had a carbon monoxide detector… we did….. if we did not he had one waiting in the truck. Simply amazing! I got a quote from MJ which was insanely high so I got a second opinion from this company. Jason gave me a quote of less then half of MJ and walked me through what would be done. They are truly an honest company, and I will be back if anything else goes wrong. Daryl and Tyler did excellent work and made sure everything was working before they left. Very nice people, would recommend to anyone looking for a fair HVAC company!
Mitchell and his team at super cool installed my HVAC system two years ago and came out yesterday to service it during this epic cold snap. They always do a great job, are good communicators, and very reasonably priced. Hard to come by in the HVAC world these days! Highly recommend!
Sandro arrived on time and was super fast in identifying the issue. He quickly made the fix and validated the system was working as expected prior this departure! All in all I'm super happy with the services and rate charged.
Honesty goes such a long way. I was convinced that my AC unit was dead, and I heard good things about Super Cool HVAC so I had them send someone out for a diagnosis and estimate on a whole new HVAC system since I am still using my 20+ year old original units. Omar arrived to my home and fixed my AC Unit that I thought was done for, in less than 5 minutes of him being here.
