Price is right but owner does not fix anything. He will have you pay just to collect and when it comes to repairs he will blow you off. Landlord is now slum lord. Will be reporting to city alone with 25 other tenant's. All properties are the same. All the workers are great and try to help, but owner interfering way to much. I do not recommend.
