The new employees seem to be very unfriendly and lack customer service ability. They also up charge you on a whim. For some reason, one of my dresses that doesn’t go below the knees was charged a dollar more. The woman working there didn’t even measure it. She just charged me more because I was disappointed that the Filipino man who used to work there wasn’t there anymore.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Super Cleaners for the past five years, entrusting them with all my comforters and specialty items. Their service has consistently been top-notch, and I’m always impressed with the quality of their work. Super Cleaners truly lives up to their name! Clean outfit for the winter!
