The young man and woman at the car wash were incredibly helpful and courteous. When they suspected I was having issues paying at the kiosk they were there quickly to help me. Furthermore, the woman say how muddy my truck was and allowed me to go through the wash twice for the price of 1 because not all of the mud was removed. It was very appreciated and solidified me coming back for sure! The young man also made sure to help give a thorough pressure wash to help ensure the mud came off. Truly appreciated!
I use this car wash all the time. It does a great job of cleaning my car, and the staff is super friendly. Andrew in particular did a fantastic job of pre-washing my car when it had some stubborn bird poop stuck to the roof. Thanks for the great customer service Andrew!
This had been my favorite automatic car wash since they opened, until recently. I'm not sure whether or not their system needs some sort of calibration or replacement parts (I was told that one brush was not working once), but it does a poor job of cleaning. I stopped by after all the rain and a round trip to LA for a wash. It wasn't filthy, but splash residue you'd expect from the conditions. I paid for the "dazzle" wash and drove away.
