Biggest issue is price. However people are always friendly carwash gets me in and out quickly. And mason, todays car wash attendant was friendly and helpful.

Wow, accidentally vacuumed up spare key. Couple hours later Bianca called to say Ivan had located it in vacuum system. As always the team here goes beyond the extra mile for their customers. I have tried other car washes but Brentwood Super Clean the best. I got the monthly deal because of shine and service.
Please Good people please don't buy any car wash from them I been member with them from 2023 today I had very bad experience with there car wash and with there young Hispanic shift lead on 05/17/2025 at 3:15 pm very rude and disrespectful all I requested him for another car wash because I was not satisfied with my wash he refused on top of it rude and loud and he cancelled my monthly BMW car wash membership very unacceptable and there vacuum doesn't work most of the time I have 2 cars with them and my rest family have 3 cars... read more
