I usually love this place but the last couple times I’ve been here my car has came out dirty. I’m ready to just go somewhere else. I pay monthly for unlimited and it used to be a good deal but I’ve had to go through twice several times because spots are still being missed. And my car never gets dried. Always dripping water/spots all over when done. One of the vacuum hoses was not working for a a long time so I don’t go to that vacuum spot anymore not sure if they ever fixed it. The employees here are really nice though.

Did not remove old bird dropping from the hood.
Don't come to this car wash if you want the right front side of your car cleaned. Policy is to treat only left front side of the car. They refuse to do anything with the right side front. Something about not being able to cross the track. I don't understand why they can't walk behind the car.
