I'd give zero stars if I could. First time working with this company and was quoted for a move-out carpet cleaning for three bedrooms. I say "quoted" because the work NEVER happened. Set the appointment and the representative establish the show time for between 1600-1700. Never showed up. Find someone else to do your carpet, and this is the funny part, when you call to ask if they are running late or to get idea of what is going on that they missed THEIR OWN timeline. This company has very good quality service and their customer service only matches their quality. They're very communicative and very understanding. They came to clean our carpets and our couches because our dogs can be a handful to stay on top of. On their first visit, we had a tiny misunderstanding and they didn't go over a spot that we wanted but they came the very next day to make things right. Daniel has cleaned several carpets in my home. Very professional, takes his time to do a thorough job, and very flexible with scheduling. Left the carpets smelling great and feeling brand new. Highly recommend!
