there a great team they make your carpets extremely clean very friendly kind staff highly recommend them to clean your carpets
Customer service was exceptional, unfortunately the system used was not suitable for our woollen carpets that hadn’t been cleaned for 2 years and the outcome was not satisfactory. It was not discussed at time of booking. However Jamie was very quick to resolve and very friendly. Would not recommend if carpets are in need of a deep cleaning and steaming.
Jamie did a fantastic job on our carpet and especially a very grotty rug. It looks better than a "bought" one. He arrived on time (even a bit earlier), was efficient and has a great and happy personality. Prices very reasonable. Would highly recommend. Thanks again Jamie
