The cashier with the bones on her hat, was very rude and unwelcoming. It surprises me how she can be so disrespectful… she didn't greet me or offer to assist me although i was in line and she just helped a customer before me. I was there for an online pickup and waited for 25 minutes. Super Chix is a solid spot overall, with some really good food but a bit of inconsistency. The chicken is always super tender and juicy, and the Cajun fries are definitely a win. One of the best parts is the sauce selection—lots of options—and the Korean sauce is my personal favorite. That said, service can be hit or miss. We’ve had a few visits where orders were mixed up, and more than once we noticed people having to go back to the counter because items were missing from their order. My first time at Super Chix was a great first impression. The employees were friendly and professional. I ordered their most basic chicken sandwich and the Cajun fries. The food came out within just a few minutes, and it was hot and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of food— it’s similar to Popeyes but better quality and tasted better.
