Update: Yesterday, I went to the new location in Alcoa. The gentleman with whom I interacted in the story below recognized me, approached me and apologized. I thought that took courage and humility, and I genuinely appreciated it. Service was much better this time around. Stopped in with my son right at closing time to grab something to carry out.
