We ordered dinner to go from Super Chix the other night and let’s just say it wasn’t ideal customer service. I got home and called to speak with a manager, here’s where SUPERB customer service starts. I had the opportunity to speak with John Moody the GM and the way he acknowledged, rectified the situation in a very professional, respectful manner towards myself and his employee couldn’t go unnoticed. Super Chix Cityline has gained a loyal customer! Thanks John!
Super friendly and hardworking staff! The custard is amazing (especially the strawberry cheesecake) and the rosemary French fries are the best.
Highly recommend the Cordon Bleu and chocolate custard
