Booked in over 1 week ago with the agreement to replace parts supplied first this in the morning , so after 1.5 hours drive there in peak hour traffic to arrive as they opened . Was made to wait 4 hours in the car to the be told to come back tomorrow as they needed the hoist to do their 5 minute wigs for cash paying customers When I asked if the same thing would happen tomorrow and the owner says oh idk best to ring in the morning , the whole time he was very rude and a 3 hour quoted job turned into a 1/2-3/4 day job accordi... read more
Went in for a puncture repair they broke the Tyre sensor and would not pay for it (170+ GST). Amateurs, stay away from this business.
Firstly they said they could remove 10 inch tyres, after dropping them off they advised me they couldn't do it. Secondly, the quoted price was doubled after I had dropped the wheels off. Thirdy they damaged my rims and said they would get a panel beater to fix them, I turned up early to them sanding my rims by hand. Full of excuses, would never recommend these people.
