Hi, Thank you for your response. However, I would like to clarify what actually happened from my side. When I brought my car to your workshop, no one explained to me that you were going to carry out an external tyre plug repair or that this type of repair would only be temporary and would not comply with WOF requirements. I clearly told your staff that there was a problem with my tyre and that I wanted it repaired. After the repair was completed, I was then told that the tyre would not pass a WOF inspection.
