I went to another location and it was much better. Today I decided to stop by this new one b/c I was near by. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY. Firstly- they used cold water. When I got out the barely dried it and the water froze on both my rearview mirrors as well as my doors! I couldn’t see a thing. After getting out and trying to get the ice off with no progress the 2 men FINALLY came back. They started to yell at me saying it wasn’t their problem and to leave. Jax is great. My truck is always clean. Whenever I pass one get it washed.

Jax never does a good job of drying my car off. But it's clean. They have free vacuums, and a lot of locations, i have the unlimited plan, it's ok
Manager is rude. Caused me to get a flat tire attempting to get aligned with the conveyor belt and didn’t even apologize. Ended up needing to buy a new tire. DON’T GO HERE
