Jax has always been great, I usually go to the one on Maple and Haggerty. Went to this one on 4/22/25. No issues with the wash itself, but the fellas at the beginning of the wash broke my license plate frame with their brushes. I heard the loud snap when it happened. I am not upset about the plate frame at all, just a little upset that nobody said anything to me, even the guys with the towels at the end. I saw them talking, saying something to each other, and they still let me drive away with the license plate frame hanging.... read more
Worst service ever, specially the cashier do not know how to talk to people, extremely rude. I wanna give 0star but this isn’t an option.
Not bad prices for monthly packages
