Today I came to get a full car wash that cost about $30 The worker proceeded to come to my car to explain. We are only taking credit cards. I give her my credit card. She comes back and says it’s not working. Do you have any cash? I said I thought you were accepting only credit cards. She said no all of our card readers are currently down. I come to Jax often since I have unlimited washes with the pass, this is my favorite location. I had an issue with my membership and Aiden helped get it sorted out. He was so patient and respectful. Great customer service!
