My car is dirtier now than when the old car wash owned it. Less water or soap applied in the beginning. It takes 3 or more washes just to get bird poo off my windshield. Many times Ive gone through the brushes didnt even spin and the first one barley touches the top of my suv. Besides paying almost double the price now verse a few years ago. Please fix your equipment. It looks new but it performs way worse. Im thinking it's time to switch car wash establishments.
First of all, let me start by saying I have been a customer. I preferred customer a monthly subscribe customer with this company for 3 1/2 years but not another day. Will I pay for a car wash because of the way I was treated on Wednesday, very unprofessional matter of fact, one of the guys that was drying my car walked away and got on the phone
Super helpful staff!! I had a gift card that I wanted to use towards an unlimited club membership. Wasn't able to use it on the Jax website (🙁) and the first two locations I tried to use it at told me that they couldn't do it at their location and/or I would have to go to their central location/headquarters/whatever to be able to do this. When I called to ask, the AI that I "spoke" to told me that a worker at one of their locations would be able to help me, so i decided to give one final try and I'm so glad I did!!
