I wanted one car wash. The attendant “helped” me with the kiosk screen and now I have a membership I can’t cancel. They don’t answer their phones and after 5 VM I doubt I’ll get a call back anytime soon. Next step is to show up at the corporate office and find out if anyone actually works there. I will not be back and will make a point to let everyone I can know about the lack of integrity from this business.
June 1, 2026 I visited a Jax Kar Wash for the first time. My interactions with the young lady at the kiosk was good. She explained the options well. I opted for a single Everything wash to test out the quality of the car wash. Yes my came car out shining like a diamond, BUT the bird poop residue was still on my door. No one bothered to wipe it off. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to examine my car until I was home. I even left a tip. I'll stick with usual car washing company. Thanks Jax!
Scrappy car wash for 20 dollars. Total ripoff!
