Long time customer of jax here today the black supervisor working on 12-3-25 made me wait 15 minutes in line so he can make a sale and get the customer to get the fast pass. I than had to wait 15 minutes behind this person because there credit card didn't work after they signed up. The person on top of this pressed the gas while in the wash and made more issues. I asked for a free wash for the delay and he said no. I made a complaint to the corporate will update when they give me a response.
Customer service was on top of things. Signed me up and was knowledgeable to where other locations were. Helpfull.
Best car wash I been to in a long time. The young man with braids and glasses was a big help. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Definitely will be coming back!
Excellent car wax facility near by Farmington Hills. Free vacuuming, courteous service, periodic membership, offers on membership, quick 360 d washing with disfectant & foam spraying, automatic drying and complementary wind shield wipe + manual soft cloth wiping is an added advantage. Once we exit from this, one must be very careful for entry into required direction, as they are under renovation / reconstruction limitations; sometimes leading to traffic congestion.
Great Team..... scanner checking is an awesome feature; however, it needs to be more consistent in reading the plate.
