I made an appointment before I went this time. I was there at 10.04 am waiting for 10 minutes already. I called them and they said they're gonna be here in 20 minutes it doesn't make sense if I make an appointment before. they should get ready for the customer. It makes me pissed off. I have to go to work after that too.
