I purchased a brand-new heat pump water heater directly from Super Brothers and paid them to professionally install it. Just 18 months later, the unit failed and required complete replacement. Just updating my previous review. The company did send a field supervisor to take a look at the broken unit. They did repaired the broken piece. I would give the company a 5 star it if wasn't for the way they process everything. While fixing the broken piece the tech continued to state that it was not his fault and that it wouldn't have happened if the unit wasn't a made in China. I am really disappointed with their professionalism. I requested for them to do a mini split hook up (connecting the lines and adding refrigerant). I was quoted at $595. Not sure if that was a fair price but the tech was already there. After everything was done, the indoor unit started to leak. I contacted the technician and notified him of the situation.
