Just updating my previous review. The company did send a field supervisor to take a look at the broken unit. They did repaired the broken piece. I would give the company a 5 star it if wasn't for the way they process everything. While fixing the broken piece the tech continued to state that it was not his fault and that it wouldn't have happened if the unit wasn't a made in China. I am really disappointed with their professionalism. I requested for them to do a mini split hook up (connecting the lines and adding refrigerant). I was quoted at $595. Not sure if that was a fair price but the tech was already there. After everything was done, the indoor unit started to leak. I contacted the technician and notified him of the situation. He was very quick and did a great job.
Did a great job of installing an electric water heater. Installers were very professional. Could have had better communication prior to the job date. I did not get any written confirmation regarding the job until 24 hours prior.
My appointment was for 9:30 AM. Val rang the doorbell and knocked on my door at about 8:25 AM, an hour early. He was there to do an AC tune up and clean the AC compressor. I had not received a price for the compressor cleaning until it was time to do that job and then I was give a quote for $450. The tune up was $85, so the entire quoted cost was $535.
