This company was contacted by our builder, Dream Finders Homes, to perform a warranty repair for a non-functioning outside outlet at our home. Rather than inspecting the outlet or attempting a repair, the technician contacted the owner, Decio Pereira, who was extremely confrontational and dismissive. Worst experience ever. Company only opened in 2022 and their lack of experience and professionalism show. Do yourself a favor and avoid having to work with them at all cost. Other reviews mirror my own experience, only put more eloquently than I would want to spend the time on. Just avoid at all costs or you’ll regret it.
I had Super Bright Services install a car charger at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the beginning, the sales team — especially Nathan — was amazing, super helpful and transparent about everything. The crew showed up on time, explained the entire process clearly, and made sure everything was up to code. They even walked me through how the system works after installation. It’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism, quality, and great customer service like this.
Just want to say thank you to Nathan & his team over at Super Bright Services. Nathan & his team were very professional & handled everything with ease & good spirits & was able to come out with a sense of urgency! I highly recommend!
