The only reason I've been coming here is because James is great at cutting hair, but good luck trying to get an appointment with him because the old Asian lady who barely speaks English picks up the phone and is in charge of making appointments. She will make the appointment for you with James, then when you get there tell you that he isn't here and if you want her to cut your hair lol Bait and switch! And she is awful at cutting hair. I have been going to place for years. Unfortunately, I’m quite disappointed with the outcome of my highlights. The color does not look as discussed, the blending is uneven, and overall, the result falls far below the professional standards I expected. I asked for James when i booked the appointment owner said no problem he will do your hairs. When i went there he wasn't there someone else did my hairs. She lied to me. For shoulder length hairs the guy took 4.5 hrs. Unreal! Never going back again.
