Went inside asking for assistance. I was looking for a product and politely asked if they carried the product. There were 3 people standing behind the counter. I asked if one person would mind showing me were the product was located. I was yelled at and "it is just over there! Go look!" Mind you, I had been looking for 10 mins prior to asking for help. I left without any product. I will not be returning to this store.
Punctuality is Key. You cannot just scroll in your business at 10:03 while you still have customers outside waiting and then don’t even acknowledge them and still won’t let them in. Thats not how you do business and treat your customers . I left right behind the lady that was outside waiting also. I will not spend my money at these business that treat their customers like that.
Very bad customer service
The store was clean and it was easy to find what I was looking for. The staff was helpful and kind. Will be going back to add to my nail dip collection.
