Terrible customer service. Sold me terrible quality hair. My Braider refused to use this hair because it would compromise her work. Instead of the manager being understanding or even taking a look at the package to see if it was opened, she dismissed me. Her reason is that she already ordered more hair to replace what I ordered. I went into this store to purchase a flat iron. The prices displayed on the rack ranged from $4.99 to $10.99. When I went to check out, the cashier told me the total was $15.87. I explained that none of the displayed prices matched that amount and showed him photos I had taken of the pricing. The cashier appeared annoyed when I asked him to verify the price.
