Exchanges are a hassle . . I bought a pack of butterfly loc hair that was the wrong color & wanted to exchange it within the same hour . They make you find the hair counter (they have 2), get your receipt looked at & they will write “exchange & however many packs you want to exchange”) which in my case there was only 1 item on the receipt, go to the cash register, create a whole membership with them with a PIN number, phone number, address & name (not optional) just to exchange items .
