If I could give a ZERO I would. Horrible customer service from the female manager. I bought a $19 bottle of hair oil that was stale. The Asian woman did not want to give me a credit to my credit card because I had opened it, and she said it was their policy. However, it’s not my fault that you’re selling expired products(with no date). I went to the shelf where I got it to make an exchange, but all of the bottles were stale. I've had two extremely disappointing experiences at The Super Beauty located in Largo in the past two days and want to warn other customers. Visit 1: I came in to buy hair dye with my daughter. The older male Asian employee working (appeared to be a manager) never greeted us when we walked in. While we were browsing the hair color aisle, he came up right beside us without saying "excuse me" and began restocking dye around us, grunting as if we were in his way.
