This is a really good store. Has a lot of products we’ve needed over the years and they always have discounts.
The customer service at this store is non existent. The employees are extremely rude. Especially the lady at the register. They don't have to worry about me or my money again.
If I could give a ZERO I would. Horrible customer service from the female manager. I bought a $19 bottle of hair oil that was stale. The Asian woman did not want to give me a credit to my credit card because I had opened it, and she said it was their policy. However, it’s not my fault that you’re selling expired products(with no date). I went to the shelf where I got it to make an exchange, but all of the bottles were stale.
