I've had two extremely disappointing experiences at The Super Beauty located in Largo in the past two days and want to warn other customers. Visit 1: I came in to buy hair dye with my daughter. The older male Asian employee working (appeared to be a manager) never greeted us when we walked in. While we were browsing the hair color aisle, he came up right beside us without saying "excuse me" and began restocking dye around us, grunting as if we were in his way. This store was wonderful I meant to place my review a few weeks ago when this kind girl name “Aiyanna” I think that is . When I was looking for hair she immediately put her full attention towards me . The customer service with her is extraordinary she even gave me options of what I would think would fit my 50th birthday. She’s very attentive and sweet . I had a very disappointing experience at Super Beauty in Largo, MD. Customer service should be a priority for any business, especially in communities where residents spend their hard-earned money and deserve to be treated with respect. The employee who assisted me, “Christian”, was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit.
