I definitely should have read through the reviews before coming here. Usually I never go outside shopping at beauty supply stores with black owners but I was in a rush and needed hair for my appt. I purchased hair from this store thinking it’s what I needed but thank god my hair stylist provided the hair. I went back to return the unused/unopened 4 packs of hair and they refused. The store itself is great, but the customer service wasn't. There is a language barrier, and no one was available to translate. I was coming from an hour away. I'm thankful they had the item that I was looking for because I would have made a big scene.
This site has not failed me yet. I find everything I need and as part busienss owner they are my go to location for supplies.
