The technician was professional and prompt. However, I cannot say the same about Phil the owner. He is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I had a leakage problem with the windshield in our car. Called and asked to get it replaced or repaired. He stated that his technician had a medial issue and could not meet to repair the windshield.
