I am amending my review after one year. When I had this project bid out, Super Attic came is $6k higher than anyone else. I went with them because they offered extended warranties. The initial work came with a one year warranty and then you had the option of paying to extend that after one year. I started reaching out to them earlier this month to inquire about the extended warranty and was informed that they no longer offer them. I worked with Tom to help remediate a mold issue in the attic. Tom not only discovered the cause for the mold, but assembled a full project to address the issues, from framing and building a new ceiling while remediating the mold. Tom was professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I am very pleased with their work.

First off, Daniel was great answering all my many questions throughout the bidding process for attic and crawl space clean out, rodent proofing, and install of insulation. He was patient and worked with me as I changed my plan to make it a 2 day job so I could have the electrician do work before new insulation is put in the attic. We had our attic cleaned out, treated for mold, and new insulation installed. Tom has been amazing in giving us details on what could have caused the mold problem and giving the precise steps they will be taking to resolve the problem.
