STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF . I ordered a BBQ 3 weeks ahead of memorial day. I NEVER heard back from them. No way to reach anyone and they dont answer emails. I paid for it and cant even get status update. Its been a Month and not able to reach anyone. They dont ever answer emails to find out status. After a month the website says it it pending approval. WTF! There are too many reputable people to buy things from onlline.. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
I would never recommend this company! I purchased a lighted LED mirror over a week ago and it still has not shipped, I have sent three emails with no response to any of them about when it is going to be shipped. The site says everything ships in two days, also it says orders of 35.00 no shipping and I have been charged 59.99 for shipping. This must be fraudulent and scam.
be very careful with their deceiving policy. I made a purchase and they let me know the product was not available. They offered a replacement for a higher price so I declined. Basically they said I Canceled the order so I was not entitled to a refund for a product they never sent me because it was out of stock.
