DO NOT use their services. We had a Super Appliance Man technician come by this Sunday 11/15 to inspect our dishwasher and fridge. Not only was he unable to identify any issues or provide any solutions, we had realized after he left that he SCRATCHED UP our brand new hardwood floors when pulling the refrigerator out (he was rocking it back and forth instead of padding the floor). We immediately sent photo evidence and filed a complaint with their team, citing how disappointed we were and asking for some sort of resolution... read more
