The owners of Motel 8 take pride in running a safe,friendly and very clean establishment. They offer free wi-fi , have some rooms for pets and in the summer a swimming pool is available. The motel is within walking distance of the movie theatre and the original main street of Wilcox. Having stayed at this motel the last 2 years for the months of February and March, we look forward to returning next year and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to our family and friends.
We went through town searching for a room. Some did not allow pets. Some did not have refrigerators or microwaves. Motel 8 had all of these options along with rooms and swimming pool that are constantly cleaned. The staff are always kind, considerate and available. They have free Wi-Fi. A good strong signal. They are very good at respecting one's privacy. These are the reasons I rated this motel so highly.
