Quartos sujos, não tem mais o café da manhã. Eu acho que quando você faz uma reserva aí que o quarto deveria ser limpo e arrumado com roupas todas limpas desde as coxas cobertores e lençóis e a limpeza do ambiente. Quando o hóspede sai vc lava todas as roupas bem lavadas, guarda em sacos fechados ermeticos, ai quando alguém faz a reserva você vai e limpa o quarto. Tem que limpar também a área externa das escadas também e o carpete do corredor. Tem hóspede que fuma maconha no quarto e isso é muito desagradável.

We stayed at Super 8 in August. Frankly, I cannot believe this hotel has any positive reviews. When we arrived, the front desk staff wanted to change our reservation from a queen size bed to a full size bed because "housekeeping was slow." When we got to our room, it smelled terrible. The bedding was not clean, there were hairs in the blankets. The bathroom was atrocious. The shower curtain was white with several stains, the floor, countertop, and bathtub were not clean. The beautiful woman up front was very sweet, extremely accommodating, and the staff was wonderful. I stay here every time I’m in town. Thanks B and staff keep up the good work 😀
