I was very pleased with my room and my stay even with a couple of problems. The sink in bathroom did not drain but it wasn’t an impossible problem I just used the tub. The room was clean and had everything I would want or need (refrigerator, microwave). The phone in the room to call front desk didn’t work. Thank you!
They were giving people keys to rooms that already had people in them. As a woman I opened the door to the room and a man was lying on his bed in his underwear. Also no fire alarm. Very flimsy towels. It was clean( that was why we did not leave).
Our stay was very good; we were in town for a family event. Location was perfect as we were meeting in towns surrounding the location of the hotel. The staff was able to provide our room a day in advance, which was important.
What a terrible hotel! Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was that the pool was closed in JULY. Check in was a complete disaster. We were sent to two OCCUPIED rooms before finally being given the keys to an available room. How could the staff not realize which rooms were occupied and which were available? After FINALLY finding a free room, the room had a terrible odor. I woke up in the middle of the night and chose to leave instead of having to stay in that hotel a minute longer.
