We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the past couple of years, and have been disappointed every time. We always reserve a king nonsmoking room, and get a 2 double bed room. At least we get the ground floor that we request because of mobility issues. This most recent time, we paid for early check in, and actually got our room an hour after check in time. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Holes in the walls, lights flickering on and off and a smelly odor in the lobby and rooms. There is no light breakfast here but with the smell in the air you wouldn't want it anyway. There was a big hole in the wall from someone's fist and the lights were cutting on and off when I entered my room. The receptionist at counter said she would switch my room. No room key. A person had to unlock the door. Front desk staff was very, very disinterested in doing anything. No breakfast of any type. Room was very warm, AC just barely worked. Room smelled like smoke. Cover on bed looked like it had not been washed for quite some time. Bathroom AC outlet did not have screws to hold it in. No soap or shampoo in room.
