We stayed here for a weekend alone. There was only one towel in the room and apparently there were no more available. The window leaked, and the thermostat gave us 2 choices, cook or freeze, and the hot water was good for a 10 minute shower before it went ice cold. The beds were fine and it was relatively clean. The continental breakfast was ok too. But, even with the do not disturb sign on the door, room service still came in and made the beds although they still didn't bring us any more towels.
