We can recommend this location. It is at a good spot right off I70, easy to get to. The staff was very helpful, attentive to our needs and accommodating. The A/C unit in the one room was not working properly the 2nd night so they told us that they would either replace the unit or get us another room if they couldn't accomplish it soon enough. I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Despite canceling our reservation in advance, we were charged twice. When I reached out to resolve the issue, I was told I would receive a call back, which never happened—I had to follow up myself. The general manager, Betab, was unprofessional and extremely short-tempered. My husband called to cancel, and I was present during the call, yet the manager denied any record of it.
